Maintained a record of HOS for each driver.
Maintained records of pre-employment drug testing for each driver.
Conducted random drug and alcohol testing of drivers regularly as described in DOT regulations.
Required supervisors to receive drug and alcohol training as required by DOT regulations.
Completed pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, with documentation.
Maintain a record of any road incident for each vehicle.
Helped drivers calculate hours.
Tracked driver's destination 24/7.
Minimized violations.
